Our shipping times are as follows:

Preparation time ➔ 1 day (Monday - Friday)

Shipping time ➔ 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday)

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1 or 2 business days. During peak periods or due to other circumstances, shipping may take up to 5 days.

All inquiries are answered within 24 hours.

Any incidents with the received merchandise must be reported within 20 days of receipt. Otherwise, the claim will not be processed.
